Our Festival Vision
At Hales Events, our mission is to bring people together through inclusive, community-focused events like Hales Weekender, while raising vital funds to support the long-term development of Old Halesonians Rugby Club. Every event we organise helps fund key projects within the club — from improving our facilities and equipment to offering free or subsidised access to sport for families facing financial hardship. Our goal is to create memorable experiences that make a real difference at the heart of our community.
Our Story



Hales Events is run by a dedicated team of volunteers from the Old Halesonians community, all united by a passion for developing our club and supporting others.
We organise family-friendly events like Hales Weekender to raise funds that go straight back into the club — improving facilities, supporting player development, and making rugby more accessible, especially for those facing financial hardship.
